In an effort to share my wisdom, I have authored the book "It Doesn't Hurt to Ask: It's All About Communication" which was recently named Best Book Award Finalist by USA Book News. Whether you are a seasoned professional, a person graduating from college or about to graduate from high school, there are tips and tools throughout this book that will serve you well. The book examines the simple things you can do every day to increase your ability to communicate with others.

Passionate about my work and helping others reach their full potential, I am certified as a Performance Coach, an Interact Personal Assessment Profile administrator, an Employer Retention Specialist, and a Global Career Facilitator. I am a graduate of the Anthony Robbins Master University, Hawaii and hold a BA from the University of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.
A resident of Vancouver, Washington for 24 years, I love living in the Pacific Northwest and especially enjoy spending time on the Washington Coast. I am also the proud mother of two daughters, Kara Marie (Belgium) and Tami Louise (Olympia, Washington).
