Meeting Facilitation
My recent self-branding assessment (360 Reach) illustrated that people truly perceive me as a facilitator and someone who gets things done!
When looking at your company's Mission and Goals, you want a facilitator that can hear what is being missed. You need a facilitator who really listens and asks for clarification to avoid any confusion or misinterpretations.
Example: What does "large" mean to those present? When I ask people what a large backyard looks like you get replies from "Anything I have to mow" to "Six acres." I seek out clarity.
Tonality and body language are of great importance when facilitating a group. I have learned to look for these subtle clues and draw people in who may have been afraid to speak up. People leave my sessions feeling like they have been heard and their ideas are part of the conversation.
